Career

We provide general contracting services for investments aimed at water protection. We have been operating on the market since 2019, implementing projects for local governments throughout Poland. We specialise in modernisation of wastewater treatment plants, construction of new wastewater treatment plants and sewage pumping stations for the public and private sector. Our mission is to work for the benefit of the natural environment.

 

The backbone of the company are employees with many years of experience in complex implementation of water and sewage management facilities. We employ engineers for the positions of construction engineers, construction managers, contract managers. Our employees also include specialists in the field of maintenance and service. We value the knowledge and competence of our team of industry experts: designers, technologists, industry works managers. The engineers’ work is supported by the contracts department, which consists of specialists in law and investment process management. The finance department comprises accounting and controlling. The team is complemented by IT specialists, communication and marketing specialists, and a purchasing department.

Our headquarters are located in the heart of the historic town of Wrzeszcz. The office is part of the “Garnizon” office and residential complex. This is a historic quarter on the site of a former barracks complex between M. Hemar, K. Szymanowski, B. Leśmian street and Grunwaldzka avenue. Today, it is the showcase of this Gdańsk district, full of charming places, restaurants, service outlets and carefully designed office buildings.

Verification and interview

We carefully analyse the CVs of the applicants and get in touch with the persons whose profiles are most suitable for the respective position.We also answer questions that are important to the applicant. We perform a preliminary assessment of the skills that are essential for us. We explain important issues right at the very beginning.

Meeting

Our company employs and collaborates with approximately 50 people. During the meeting, we verify the competences of the applicant, try to find out what is important to them and what they expect from us as the employer. Recruitment meetings are conducted in a friendly atmosphere. We treat the meeting as a conversation, not just a series of questions to the applicant.

Employment decision

This is the final stage. After the meeting, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform about the outcome of the recruitment process. Once your application has been accepted and the formalities have been agreed upon, you will start a probationary period, which usually lasts 3 months. After this time, both parties have the opportunity to decide on further cooperation.
