Realization description
The project involves the design and execution of construction and installation works, which include:
1. Water Treatment Plant (WTP):
- design documentation, environmental and water decisions, construction and use permits;
- Drilling of new well (1b) and decommissioning of old well (1a);
- refurbishment of the existing retention tank (80 m³) and installation of a refurbished pumping-chlorination system;
- installation of a new steel tank (100 m³) and concrete underground tank (560 m³) with connections and pumping station;
- replacement of pipes, pumps, automation system (radio and SCADA control), generator set;
- Commissioning of the WTP to a capacity of up to 1450m³/d.
2. Water main:
- a new PE100 RC pipeline (Ø 225 mm, ca. 1,290 m long) using steerable drilling technology to connect the WTP to the existing tower tanks.
3. Distribution water mains:
- PE100 RC 160 mm (ca. 398 m) and 125 mm (ca. 1,615 m) distribution pipelines, including replacement of the PVC 160 section with PE.
4. Sanitary sewers:
- construction of a sanitary sewage system with a sewage pumping station from ul. Jesionowa to ul. Wrocławska.
5. Additional work and paperwork:
- as-built documentation, information boards, staff training, health and safety signage, full automation and operating instructions.
