Realization description
The works included:
- inspection and replacement of the aeration system;
- reconstruction of the filtrate water drain valve in the sludge stabilisation tank;
- construction of a sludge granulation plant including a lime silo;
- the construction of a covered shed for dewatered sludge complete with the necessary equipment for its transport, i.e. a loader;
- incorporation of all elements subjected to the construction work into the technological system;
- testing, starting and commissioning once all the assumed and previously agreed parameters have been achieved;
- the construction of an automatic emergency notification system for the telephone with PC viewing, enabling logging on other devices;
- reconstruction of the road system, consisting of paving the area with paving blocks to allow access to the planned shed;
- fencing and entrance gates;
- a 20 kWp photovoltaic installation;
- at the catchment station, the electrical switchgear was replaced and the measuring and automation systems were replaced;
- a new concrete manhole was constructed with the installation of a basket grating;
- the equipment in the wastewater pumping station was replaced;
- two wastewater transport pipelines were reconstructed;
- the sieve grit chamber was replaced;
- the canopy of the biological reactor was completed;
- a flotation collector fitted with a pump was installed;
- the air intake in the blower room was rebuilt;
- the ventilation in the technical building was redesigned;
- a sludge probe was installed on two biological reactors;
- the aeration system in the biological reactor and in the aerobic sludge stabilization was replaced.
In addition to the works on the process line, other works were carried out, related to landscaping and fence repairs. The road system was rebuilt and paved, while the area for the lot and the sludge shed was haredned. Missing panels in the treatment plant fence were completed and two entrance gates were installed.
Following the upgrade, the security of the facility has also increased. An additional video surveillance camera (CCTV) was installed.
