Realization description
The contract provides for the design and construction of an upgrade by extending and rebuilding the wastewater treatment plant in Dziadowa Kłoda.
Assumptions: PE = 3,400 EP (incoming sewage and inflow from the municipal sewer system) and acceptance and disposal of liquid waste from settling tanks of approx. 400 household sewage treatment plants.
The project includes the following works:
1. Demolition works.
2. Earthworks and drainage.
3. Removal of collision.
4. Construction works:
- construction of a combined sewage collection station with a traveling screen, from which the sewage will flow into a reinforced concrete retention tank for combined sewage with an active capacity of 100 m3;
- construction of a sludge reception station for sludge from domestic sewage treatment plants including a traveling screen;
- construction of a mechanical wastewater pretreatment facility;
- construction of a reinforced concrete/polymer concrete raw sewage pumping station with an active volume of at least 30 m3 and equipped with an agitator and 3 pumps with a capacity of approx. 35 m3/h each and approx. 65 m3/h for 2 pumps in operation;
- construction of a reinforced concrete biological wastewater treatment reactor comprising an aerobic selector chamber, a denitrification chamber and a nitrification chamber with a total volume of approx. 860 m3;
- construction of one secondary settling tank or two settling tanks with a separation chamber for clarification of waste water operating at a hydraulic load of Qmaxh = 62 m3/h Ohmax = 1m/h, i.e. with a surface area of no less than 62.4 m2 , together with recirculated and surplus sludge pumps;
- construction of a pumping station for recirculated, surplus and thickened sludge;
- construction of a sludge thickener to thicken sludge before feeding it into the stabilisation chamber, together with pumps for thickened sludge;
- construction of an aerobic sludge stabilisation chamber with a total capacity of approx. 300 m3;
- construction of a measurement chamber for the quantity of treated wastewater discharged to the environment;
- construction of a blower station;
- construction of a dewatering station for stabilised sludge with a lime silo for its hygienization;
- redevelopment of the existing sludge pit into a dewatered sludge storage facility,
- construction of a PAX coagulant storage and dosing station;
- renovation of the treated effluent outlet;
- conversion and extension of the existing social and technical building;
- supply and installation of a generator.
5. Technological works:
- sanitary, process, electrical and instrumentation installations of the wastewater treatment plant;
- construction of technological facilities for wastewater treatment;
- implementation of the power and control installation.
6. Other works:
- tidying up of the construction site including restoration of disturbed objects to their original state;
- construction of roads, pavements and lots including 4 parking spaces;
- construction of external lighting for the sewage treatment plant;
- fence replacement;
- inter-facility networks.
7. Commissioning of the wastewater treatment plant.
