Realization description
Stage I – Expansion of the biological section and automation:
- Construction of a new SBR biological reactor or its equivalent.
- Installation of aeration system: blowers, pipe diffusers.
- Implementation of an automatic process control system (SCADA, instrumentation).
- Installation of new pumps, valves, flow meters, sensors (oxygen, level, sediment).
- Construction of new stainless steel process pipework.
Stage II – Sludge management and associated infrastructure:
- Construction of a sludge dewatering station (e.g. screw press).
- Technology building with facilities (control room, workshop, welfare facilities).
- Storage shed for dewatered sludge and containers.
- Modernisation of the collection system for wastewater collection (catchment points).
Stage III – Landscaping and external installations:
- Internal roads, manoeuvring areas, fencing, site lighting.
- Installation of process drainage, storm water drainage, water supply.
- Extension of electricity connections and emergency generator.
- Installation of photovoltaic panels with the inverter and connection.
Target parameters after modernisation:
- Capacity: approx. 500-800 m³/day.
- Increase in treatment efficiency (reduction of BOD₅, COD, nitrogen, phosphorus).
- The target is to serve up to 6,000 PE.
