Realization description
The scope of works included renovation of the existing buildings, structures, installations, power supply and control systems (ICA), as well as construction of a third circulation ditch with equipment, and construction of a utility building with installation of retention and equalisation tanks with a total capacity of 3 x 50 m³.
The refurbishment included:
- reception + mechanical wastewater treatment station,
- multifunctional pumping station consisting of:
- sewage pumping station
- return sludge pumping station,
- excess sludge pumping station
- two biological ditches operating in series, acting as a biological reactor with activated sludge for simultaneous removal of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus compounds, with an internal recirculation pumping station,
- technical and social building,
- sewage measuring chamber,
- sludge dewatering and sanitisation station building and excess sludge tank,
- secondary sedimentation tank and pumping station for floating parts,
- electrical power supply, control and lighting systems.
The construction included:
- a third circulation ditch including technological equipment and instrumentation, control and automation equipment (ICA), and construction of a communication band around the tank, linked to the existing communication routes of the wastewater treatment plant,
- installation of three retention and equalisation tanks with a total capacity of 3 x 50 m³
- installation of equipment for retention and equalisation tanks, including power supply and control of a new electrically driven gate valve and an electromagnetic flow meter, as well as a system for monitoring the level of sewage in the tank complex,
- utility building.
