Realization description
Stage I
- Reactor refurbishment: cleaning, repair of wear and material losses, insulation and scraper overhaul.
- Renovation of the equalising tank: cleaning, refilling gaps and providing insulation for the equalising tank, which changed its technological function after reconstruction and now serves as an equalising/emergency tank.
- Replacement of worn-out technological equipment and fittings: pumps, mixers, flow meters, probes and sensors.
- Construction of a bypass for the duration of reactor refurbishment.
- Delivery of a wastewater receiving station.
- Technological commissioning of the treatment plant after reconstruction.
Stage II
- Renovation of the social and technical building.
- Modernisation and maintenance by means of protective coatings on external concrete surfaces, including repair of defects – facilities within the treatment plant, i.e. reactor, equalisation/emergency tank, grit separators, multifunctional pumping station, manholes, etc.
- Replacement of wall-mounted axial fans in the screening station, including installation of new power supply and control cabinet.
- Provision of equipment: pumps, mixers, two compression stages for blowers.
- Installation of a containerised wastewater receiving station, delivered in stage I, including the construction of a drive-on slab and service connections at the P7 Plebanka network sewage pumping station.
- Inspection, testing and adjustment of roof fans, including replacement of ventilation ducts in the screen station.
- Disassembly of the lime tank and replacement of the sanitisation line – disassembly of worn-out equipment, delivery and installation of the sanitisation line and polyelectrolyte tank.
- Installation of a steel platform and steel supports for mounting a new lime tank and installation of a protective railing around the stainless steel acid-resistant tank in the dewatering station room.
- Delivery and assembly of the blower.
- Repairs: guard rails at existing structures and garage facade.
- Replacement of the gate, construction of a driveway, replacement of the basket grate, assembly of a DN 400 gate valve, and installation of lighting and monitoring at the P7 pumping station.
- Replacement of electrical boxes for local control of equipment.
- Construction of stairs and a walkway to the measuring well.
- Implementation of automated power generator activation along with reconstruction of the facility’s electrical power supply system.
- Configuration of the newly installed equipment with the existing instrumentation and control system.
