Realization description
The investment involved the reconstruction of an existing wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of Qavg = 135 m³/d in Boniewo.
Investment objective:
Design and execution of reconstruction of the existing wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of Qavg = 135 m³/d in stage I and reconstruction of the existing technical infrastructure at the treatment plant in Boniewo, designed and executed in the design-and-construct mode.
Stage I
- preparation of technical documentation, including obtaining opinions, agreements, permits and other documents required by law for the implementation of the investment project;
- replacement of blowers with new ones;
- receiving station with drive-on pad
- reconstruction of the sewage pumping station;
- balancing tank;
- technical building with screen and grit chamber;
- ventilation and gas extraction systems in the technical building,
- main switchboard with power supply lines to facilities;
- biological reactor with process technology, electrical installations and instrumentation and control equipment (ICA) with roofing;
- secondary sedimentation tank with technology and electrical installation as well as instrumentation and control equipment (ICA);
- sludge pumping station with technology, electrical installation as well as instrumentation and control equipment (ICA);
- sediment stabilisation tank;
- electrical works.
Stage II
- renovation of the old wastewater treatment plant building (demolition, repairs, painting, new roofing, tank reconstruction, ventilation);
- replacement of Superbos150 technology, including electrical installation as well as instrumentation and control equipment (ICA);
- increase in photovoltaic power by 31.4 kWp
- replacement of the belt press with a plate press with ventilation, electrical installation, control and measurement equipment, and gas detection;
- reinforced concrete post-press sludge storage facility, with roofing;
- garage with storage space and paved area around it;
- reconstruction of fencing;
- reconstruction of roads and squares.
After the upgrade, the treatment plant’s technological line consists of the following facilities:
- hauled wastewater receiving station – new facility,
- raw sewage pumping station – existing facility, modernized,
- shelter for the screen and grit chamber with grit washer – new facility
- intermediate pumping station with valve chamber – new facility
- biological reactor – new facility
- measuring chamber for treated wastewater – new facility
- social and technical building – existing, modernised facility, including:
- zbiornik retencyjny,
- zbiornik tlenowej stabilizacji osadu,
- zagęszczacz osadu,
- stacja dmuchaw,
- instalacja odwadniania i higienizacji osadu,
- zaplecze socjalno-techniczne,
- sludge storage shed – new facility
