Realization description
Extension, reconstruction and renovation of the sewage treatment plant with pumping station and land development of the WTP in Olszewice, Kałuszyn municipality to a capacity of Qavg = 700 m³/day.
Scope of work:
- demolition work;
- refurbishment of the main pumping station;
- decommissioning of the existing sandpit including fittings;
- installation of an integrated facility for the mechanical treatment of incoming and inflow wastewater;
- adaptation of the existing bio-block chamber for the construction of a sewage retention tank with a sewage pumping station for the biological section;
- changing the function of the operating activated sludge chamber to a semi-periodic reactor – SBR1 with fixed overflow;
- conversion of an existing, disused biological reactor into an SBR2 reactor with floating decanter,
- construction of a sludge aerobic stabilisation chamber (SASC) on the basis of available bio-block interiors;
- construction of a new sludge dewatering and hygienization line;
- the execution of the control, instrumentation and electrical installations;
- equipping the wastewater treatment plant with a process control and visualisation system;
- construction of a process hall on the reactor crown;
- construction of raw sewage discharge pipelines;
- roadworks;
- landscaping.
