Realization description
Modernisation of the blower station at the Pruszków plant on ul. Domaniewska 23 in Pruszków (MPWiK Warszawa SA) for a sewage treatment plant with Qavg = 60,000 m³/day and Qmax = 106,600 m³/day .
Scope of work carried out:
- Replacement of four blowers with Q = 6,450 m³/h (1 unit) including pipework and fittings.
- Replacement of the blower bucket.
- Integration of the equipment being replaced into the existing process system.
- Installation of air intakes in walls.
- Construction of the foundation of the control cabinets.
- Fan replacement.
- Replacement of ventilation ducts.
- Removal of redundant equipment after the facility upgrade.
- Modernisation of electrical installations, control and measurement systems, power supply for process equipment, lighting installations and other electrical consumers.
- General structural refurbishment of the blower station building.
- Equipment commissioning.
