Realization description
The subject matter of the contract is the development of project documentation and execution of construction works including author’s supervision for the project entitled “Modernisation of the sewage treatment plant in Cegłów”, involving the construction of new facilities, the reconstruction and renovation of some existing facilities and the demolition of existing facilities that interfere with the proposed land development.
Existing facilities scheduled for redevelopment and modernisation:
- Retention basin.
- Activated sludge chambers – biological wastewater treatment.
- Vertical secondary settling tanks.
- Sludge pumping station.
- Aerobic sludge stabilisation chamber.
- Sludge dewatering station – technical building.
- Pump station for wastewater collection.
- Tank for wastewater collection.
Projected facilities:
- Mechanical wastewater treatment building.
- Measuring chamber for treated wastewater.
- Catchment station for wastewater collection.
- Inflow wastewater expansion chamber.
- Sewage pumping station for the biological block.
- Treated wastewater reservoir.
Associated infrastructure to be implemented:
- Construction of the necessary power, control and measurement cable lines in the field.
- Construction of a CCTV industrial video surveillance system.
- Construction of new sections of inter-facility networks, i.e. sludge pipelines, air pipelines, process water pipelines, water pipelines, sewer pipelines, including connections (including fittings: gate valves, sewage wells, etc.).
The remaining infrastructure, consisting of existing facilities, equipment, sets of equipment or installations that are not subject to reconstruction or renovation, will be integrated into the new technological system (adequately to the scope of functions performed), ensuring their full functionality in the new technological system. In addition, a complete new control system for the operation of the treatment plant will be constructed, new measuring systems, controllers including control algorithms will be installed and a new control system for the operation of the treatment plant will be implemented.
